Salter’s Hill Charity will respond to any request for a service to be provided (Full-Time Residential, Supported Living Service, Floating Support Service, Domiciliary Care, Creative Learning and Leisure) promptly and effectively. We will ensure that its response enables as smooth a transition as possible to anyone entering into a contract with Salter’s Hill while also acting in the best interests of existing people using the service and the staff team.
