Management Team
Our team of well qualified and skilled managers have the responsibility for the day to day management of the charity.
Currently each of our accommodation based services has a manager with overall responsibility for the day to day running of the service and staff team. The Domiciliary Care Manager delegates some of her responsibilities to Team Leaders who are responsible for two or more small services in the community.
Although the Care and Support managers have a range of previous experience including retail, teaching and insurance they also all have a number of years experience within the organisation and the Senior Manager was involved in the initial development of the organisation.
The management team includes an Office Manager who has an overview of the organisation’s operations and provides support and aids communication within the Senior team.
The Finance Manager who is a Chartered Management Accountant, and has an MBA business related degree, has several years experience at finance director level in industry, management, training and and education. He is supported by 2 part-time accounts clerks who assist with service user finances, local authority invoices and suppliers.
The Creative Learning manager has a background in manufacturing, quality and sales and also has experience in training design and delivery.
The Care & Support managers have all achieved, or are working towards the required level of qualification for their role. 3 of them are qualified to support their staff team as they work towards attaining their NVQs and the new Qualification and Credit Framework awards.
All managers get involved in Provider Forums and other professional networks relevant to their service in order to remain in touch with other providers and keep abreast of current best practice. .
