Accreditation with Investors in People was first achieved in 2001 and has been maintained to date. This award recognises that Salter’s Hill meets nationally agreed standards including the commitment to train, develop and regularly review the needs of employees.

The acquA accreditation measures an organisation’s “fitness for purpose” and its ability to deliver services. Through this accreditation Salter’s Hill gains membership of the Herefordshire Alliance and is included on the register of approved providers.

CHAS The Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme

This scheme is an accreditation which demonstrates that the organisation has been compliant with sound management of Health & Safety legislation. Accreditation has been maintained since 2006 and involves an annual audit.

This is an internationally recognised accreditation achieved through robust quality management and ongoing monitoring. Salter’s Hill has met the required standard of this accreditation since February 2008

ISO14001 certification demonstrates that the organisation meets the required standard of Environmental management. First achieved in March 2008 this accreditation requires ongoing assessment of environmental risks and the identification of agreed targets.
